  Amy's is the latest reincarnation of what has been the Pat Ramm Club, RJ's (good ol Ronnie!) and Woody's bar (RIP Pat) over the last 10-15 years.
  
  They pour good strong drinks and on Friday nights after the "Meat Raffle(i'll explain in a bit) those strong little beauties are only 2 bucks a pop!!! One reason for the good pours is they hired the old barkeep from Bernies Pub down the street who is awesome!
  
  Now about this Meat Raffle... First time i saw the banner outside I almost crashed the car laughing so hard. With the public smoking ban, last years high gas prices and general depressed economy, bars are struggling, even in one of the hardest drinking areas of the country. The meat raffle is a gimmick that to my surprise has drawn in a large crowd regularly.  For a buck a ticket, you get in on a raffle with about a 1-20-25 shot in winning. My Dads wife one a huge pack of rib eyes that would have cost 50 bucks or so but i have to admit it was worth the price of the tickets alone to see people boozing it up with a whole ham or 5lbs of sausage on the bar.
  
  One thing i wish is that they would come up with some type of decor like it was when Woody had it but for 2 buck drinks on a Friday night its good enough for me.
