Applebee's

I come here and have a bad experience, avoid the place for a few weeks, then try again...with the same results.  Food was cold, staff was MIA.  I was with a group of six (family, no drinking), and we were here for almost two hours!  Service was bad, food was average due to tepid temperature, and they were slow.  Back to avoidance for a few months.

My boyfriend took me a Valentine's for dinner. It was busy but we got a booth in less than 5 minutes. Our server was overzealous but very attentive and helpful. Our food arrived quickly and our meal even came before we could finish the appetizer. The serving size was generous and it was piping hot. I always enjoy their food and it is great for the price. I am so happy we can get adequate service on such a busy day! I love how Applebee's doesn't change constantly like other restaurants and my favorite items are always on the menu!

Unfortunately I have to update my review after today. My boyfriend and I went in for Saturday lunch. When we went in the multiple hostess' just stared at us. So I said Hi... and then told them we only had two. They seemed like they had no clue what was going on but we were finally seated. We browsed the menu and were ready but our waiter never came. There were two or three waiters in the area bringing drinks to people. We never even got to meet our waitress! I saw a large family come in some time after us, and after they all got their drinks I got up and went to Chili's.

That's ridiculous that I can get amazing service when it is packed on Valentine's day but have to wait 10 minutes to not even get service on a normal Saturday.

The food is average if you can get any service.
