The place has big problems. They updated the inside finally but the food is marginal and the service sucks

We had a pecan salad and a cowboy burger. They were good, nothing special. I didn't want something very caloric and I could choose a light salad, I like it.
Our waitress was Carrie, she is very nice.

New to the area, and I've always had GREAT food and service at Applebee's. But this one has to be the WORST EVER!! 1st visit: The waitress was super nice. The food was terrible!! Ordered a welldone plate it was cold and pink in the middle.... No biggie just return it and cook it a little longer... Umm no they put it in the microwave which in turn zapped my lettuce into steamed stew. Returned it again and the manager came out and said Â the only way we can make it well done is hold it up to the heat lamp so it can cook through!?!? WTF?? Â Â 2nd visit: "lunchtime" Figured hey givem another shot? Â This waitress was filthy!! She had stains on her clothes as if she had been cooking, washing, and cleaning. I ordered a cali turkey sandwhich. Which comes with avocado ranch and bacon. When I get it, it's missing bacon, and it has hidden valley ranch on it!!! So I asked the waitress about it and she says ohh we are out of avocado ranch and I'll bring you some bacon in a bowl......so I ask for a to go plate and she says ok as she goes over and refills someone else's drinks 5.1 mins. And takes another customers order 7.5 mins. So I walk to the bar where the manager was on her cell phone, excuse me may I have a to go plate.. I get the unghhhh grunt as if I'm bothering her... Â NEVER will I go here again!!
