Art's Bar-B Que

So glad Art came back to the POC!  They originally were in a building off the main drag, but now are located in a travel trailer with a giant pit set up next door.  Menu items are limited to brisket and sausage plates, sandwiches, and stuffed potatoes.  Beware, the stuffed potatoes are HUGE!  Why else do you think they charge $1 to cut them in half?  The chopped beef sandwich was good and moist, served with onions, pickles and sauce. Pretty good sized, but I thought it was kind of pricey at $5.95 for just the sandwich.  Great place to stop on the way out of town.
