A good place for tourist looking for old antiques and sights I had a simple burger that was a homemade style with fries. The fries were suprisingly my favorite part of the meal I had. The local people that run the place are polite and simple which was a nice change from large chain food restaraunts.
Review Source:We had a great dinner.
The menu is small, but you are in an out-of-the-way place. We found more than enough variety, and since the quality was so good, we have marked this a definite return.
Steak is the big thing on the menu: there are about 4 to choose from. We had a hamburger, which was huge and perfect, and the grilled halibut, which was excellent. Cooked perfectly. There were also chicken dishes and a few other things I can't remember.
The entrees begin with a fabulous bean soup, then a fresh salad, and then a baked potato.
The bread was mediocre, but the soup was worth the drive alone.
Reservations are suggested--it's a small town, and they plan carefully!
