    I had a chance to stop in after someone recommended this quaint little restaurant along the US-51 highway in Troy...between Union City and Dyersburg Tennessee.

    I ordered a pork loin on special with mashed potatoes and corn...A generous helping... home style...with buttery roles.  The cook...presented the loin to perfection...no need to add any flavor enhancer...just the right amount of spices added...no need to spoil it with sauce or heaven forbid! Ketchup!

    Nothing fancy...just a nice place to eat...where every one knows everyone and the waitress may call you "Hun"...I suggest a try!
