We ate breakfast here while on a road trip. Â As connoisseurs of greasy spoon breakfasts, we declare the B&B cafe a 5-star experience!
Usually there's at least one component of a diner's breakfast that goes wrong: the bacon is soggy, the eggs are overcooked (we always order them over-easy), the potatoes are either bone dry or soggy...
The B&B is one of very few places I've been where they did every part perfectly.
Also, the service was very friendly and quick, and they gave us a jug of ice water so we didn't have to wait for refills (another diner pet peeve).
Lastly, the town is a way more interesting road trip stop than many of the nearby cities. It is incredibly small and rural, and we seemed to be the only out-of-towers there. (We got a lot of smiles from the locals, so it wasn't Deliverance-y.)
