  LOVE-LOVE this bar, it's my kind of place!
  
  Great drinks and awesome service. Food was pretty good too, I really enjoyed the Salad bar.  We ordered a Ribeye, and while it wasn't the best I ever had I didn't have any complaints either.

  Ok, so they do deserve more stars than 3.
  
  Despite some of the more negative reviews for Bar 7, they really are a decent establishment. Here are some tips to hopefully help you have a better experience:
  
  -ask to sit in the lounge. It is much nicer than the restaurant seating and less noisy
  -go for dinner, especially Friday and Saturday nights. They have Fish Fry Fridays and usually Prime Rib or Fried Chicken specials on Saturdays.
  -don't opt for mashed potatoes or twice baked potatoes, they don't taste as good as a plain regular baked potato.
  -utilize the salad bar. All the dinner items (not burgers, sandwiches, etc.) come with soup/salad bar in addition to the veggie side and potato side.
  -get a cocktail. They are always a decent pour and not over the top expensive ($3.25 for single well cocktail).
  -appetizers and desserts are generally not required as dinner portions are ample. They are however, tasty if you want to order anyways ;)

  Worst food in 2011, and that includes food trucks and fast food. It looked like an old place that had been around a long time, and I usually have good luck with places like that - not htis time. I had the "samon fillet" which was extremely dry and tasteless - I have had beef jerky with a higher moisture content - the best thing on my plate were the soggy unseasoned canned greenbeans. My wife got the liver and onions, and no one was able to eat two bites - dry, gritty, horrible. One of my sons had the fried shrimp special, and that was the only OK plate (and the only one in the family that actually finished his dinner) - it was just typical deep fried shrimp from a bag of frozen, but at least it was not scr*wed up. I noticed that there were many more people in the bar than the dining section, so the drinks may be OK, but I will never try the food again.

  The best place to eat in this town, to me.  Lots of local customers, always a good sign.  The drinks were stiff, the salad bar was fresh, it even came with soup too.  I had the all you can eat friday fish fry, and fish was freshly battered, and very crispy crunchy.  My dude had the nicest biggest pork chop.  we both had twice baked potato.  A cozy place perfect for a meal. We actually ate at the bar, and really enjoyed it!  There is a shufleboard table in the middle of the place which is fun too.

  Cute setting, good service.  Salad bar was ok.  The beef vegtable soup was delicious & I think homemade.  Philly Steak sandwich was tender and delicious.  The country fried steak was tender and the best I've ever had.  Conversely their prime rib is the worst anyone in our family has ever had.
