I ate here for lunch one day when passing through and am i glad i did. Anytime the parking lot is full is always a good sign. As i walked in it became clear that it was a good choice. There wera almost no available tables. I cant seem to not order Mexican when im in texas and im always looking for authentic cuisine. I ordered the enchilada platter and i have to say while my food did longer than expected to hit the table it was well worth the wait! The enchiladas were huge and stuffed with beef and chicken. The enchilada sauce transported me to a small town in mexico somewhere. It was smokey and spicy and full of flavor! The beans were charro beans an not a paste like substance but actual beans! The only let down was the salsa served with the chips. Given the quality of the other  ingredients it seems they coukd have done better on the salsa. The chips were fresh and light and crispy so a better salsa would make this meal a complete tex mex experience. The wait staff was very friendly and kept me constantly apprised of the status of my order snd apologized for how long it took. If youre in the area and want a fantastic texmex lunch you'd be remiss to not stop. Buenos dias muchachos!
