Battered Mug Saloon

As a New Englander this bar reminds me of home great people and a great Bartender Kelley the wings are the best and the prices are fair.

I found this bar next to the Tattoo Parlor where I got my first tattoo. Went in to get some change to tip the tattoo artist. It has been a bar for many years
but it just opened in November under this name and new ownership. I decided to give them a try as it was dinner time. The menu is mostly bar food
which is fine with me. They serve soup and chili too but I decided on a sandwich. The sandwiches and burgers come with potato chips. For an extra
$1.50 you can get french fries too. I decided on the Cheese Steak with Onion and Peppers as the bartender told me it was her favorite!!! She was right
on the money. That cheese steak was so good that it earned them 4 stars!!!!! The bartender was friendly and the patrons were a friendly bunch as well.
I was going to rate them only 3 stars because when I called to verify the address, the lady that answered the phone was not very friendly. It would not
be right to let that reflect on my review. So If you are in the area this is a nice place to have a bite. Right now they only take cash but that is supposed to
change shortly the bartender said. They have and ATM machine if you do happen to only have a credit or debit card with you. Oh, they have like 4 dart
boards and 2 pool tables and a bunch of flat screen televisions and some new thing where you can operate the Jukebox with your Iphone or Android
phone.
