BAD SERVICE TAKES FOREVER TO GET SEATED OR UR FOOD I DONT THINK THEY DESERVE ANY STARS WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND TO FIND OUT THEIR WAS EMPTY TABLES ALL OVER 😡😡😡

The service is practically non existent. I've gone several times at several times of the day and it's never there. The hostess has alway been doing something else and comes out laughing from the kitchen. It takes like 5-10 minutes to be seated with no one in the restaurant. Once we get our food, our  waitress or waiter has just forgot about us. I've had to ask another server for another table just to get a refill.

The only thing good about this place is the macaroni and cheese wedges.

We tried this place a few weeks ago and have been back three times since.

The first time we went we ordered the appetizer sampler with three choices and got cheese sticks, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles. Everything on the appetizer was good, but kind of skimpy portions. I ordered the chicken mushroom burger on jalapeno bread and curly fries and it was delicious! My hubby got the big burger, (I can't remember what they call it but it's huge) and it was also delicious. We had cervezaritas (they call them beer-aritas, whatever) with floaters of 1800 Gold, and they were great!

The second time we went we got the same thing, and the third time we got the chili cheese fries appetizer which was also delicious. I got the club wrap, which was rather disappointing and I did not eat very much of it. My hubby got the Philly cheesesteak which he said was "meh", but he is from Philly and is  picky about his cheesesteaks. ;) Our daughter went with us and got the chili dogs, which she enjoyed as well. All in all, this is one of our favorite places to eat and grab some drinks.

However, the service here is TERRIBLE. The servers are nice, but they drag their feet on waiting on you and some of them seem perturbed they have to work at all. We eat here when we have plenty of time to spend waiting and have a few drinks to hold us over until the food finally arrives.

The creamy garlic Parmesan wings are just wings smothered in Alfredo sauce and they weren't to my taste. Everything else was pretty good. The wings were crispy, just the way I like them. Typical wing place, I've had better and I've had worse.

Iv been there bunch of time and each time i go there the service is father and farther into the hole.
Food takes forever if your lucky enough to get your server to come to your table regularly.
Ill tell you what though they have a decent bar with pool tables and lots of tv's .
Food is decent if you can get it.

With several locations to choose from for wings in Baytown now we tend to stop by here - it is closer to us and plus we have several friends that work - even our neighbor.  Truely is the only reason b/c the service is not consistent and our order have been wrong several times.  Even though management does offer remedies and discounts - it would be nice if the order we place is actually right.

However, if the waitress is someone we know and then we never have a problem - our drinks are never empty and we never have to wait for anything other than our food - which sometimes does take a while.

We eat wings about 2-3 x a week and will probably have this as one of our stops.  We just take the good with the bad.  Wings are good, some of the servers are awesome (not all), and the environment is chill.

I went here on a Saturday during the second week of college football expecting to see lots of games on because one of the posts said they had lots of TVs. They do, but they must not have direct ticket because they only had three different games one not the five or more that were playing at that time.

Now to the service. I was promptly seated, it took a while for my server to come to my table, then after she gave me my beer it took her a little to long to come back to take my order. The food came super fast, but I had forgot to ask for my dipping sauce and she didn't suggest it. I noticed it right when I got my food, but she left so fast without asking if everything looked fine that I wasn't able to say anything. I figured I would wait a bit because she would surely come back soon. NOPE the manager came by to ask how things were, I was then able to ask for my sauce. It was here that I noticed that all three servers I had seen were gone. So I asked my server when I saw her next what was up and she said that the manager had given them all duties to do at the same time. 3 people with 2 tables each where all given something to do at the same time, right after most of us just got our food. Not good management if you ask me.

The food. Was alright, small portions, really small. But, at least I got two celery sticks with my wings!

This place is known in our office for two things:  First it's known as the place you go when you REALLY want to get out of the office for a while.  Why?  Because it takes a good 2 hours to order, get your food, pay, and travel back, thanks to the unbelievably bad service.  You can count on them to take 20 minutes to seat you and bring you drinks (just order water if you want drinks within 15 minutes), another 20 minutes to take your order (whatever you do, do NOT tell the server you still need a minute - they will take that to mean they shouldn't return for 30 minutes), 45 minutes to serve your food (yes, the fries will be cold when they get there), and 20 minutes to bring your check.  I won't even go into the horror of attempting to split up the checks.  Just tell your office pals they owe you, and pay, so you can still make it under the 2 hour mark for lunch.

The food is average at best, as long as you're not ordering wings.  But this is Bayou City WINGS, right?  The wings are very greasy (not in a good way either - I like good grease but this isn't it) and the sauce is just awful.  It is one of those things you have to experience.

This leads me to the second thing this place is known for in our office:  The amount of time you spend in the bathroom afterward, while your body attempts to kill you for putting it through torture like that.  Also BCW probably owns stock in heartburn-preventing medicines because I swear they deliberately create their food to give you heartburn.

With so many other great greasy food places in Baytown - and more wings places opening up - why would you ever go here?

Kasey R - The picture of your wing accomplishment is off the wall. I recommend that your hot wing accolades be placed under review.

Lots of flat panel tvs, nice menu variety (especially appetizers), quick service, good specials, friendly waitress.

They no longer take your picture & frame it for eating the "Fiery Volcano of Hatred Because Daddy Didn't Love Me" wings.

The wings here are good. Good enough they edge several other places like Wings 'n More. There are three choices of wings: the traditional breaded, grilled (naked), and boneless. For some reason, they like to peddle the boneless. Not sure why as I don't think they taste as good or as tender. I like getting the grilled wings, but the traditional really does taste the best.

The salads here are good, also. You can get the chicken with any sauce on it mixed in with a salad. After eating a lot of salads, this is a nice change because of the flavor. However, they do not carry no or low fat dressings. I have complained several times about this.

The inside of the restaurant can sometimes be loud depending on the time of the day. This is to be expected since it's a gathering / bar type of place. The one thing that irks me is that they have spot lights on some of the tables. This makes some places insanely bright. I have to scout out the place and ask for a table where I don't have to wear sunglasses and SPF 30. It is nice watching all the channels. Sometimes they even have a "swimsuit" channel on...

Most of the time the service is good, but I have noticed a decline recently. One time, it was so bad we thought about leaving, but instead I confronted the waiter, twice, then the manager. And, the food was wrong after we got it. It's not that bad most of the time, but it seems like the "caring feeling" is getting lost there.

All in all, I like going and getting some of the spicy wings, and they do have some hot flavors. Actually, they have a lot of flavors / sauces.  They go from the weak to the sign-a-waver-taste-bud-be-gone side.  Also, my daughter likes going there and it keeps her entertained for a little bit. But after a while, the atmosphere seems to foster playtime.

    Hooters Lite.

Yeah that's what I used to call this place.  Its LITE because the women who work there dont have the white tank tops, nor do they don the bright orange short shorts.  Just black t-shirts and jean shorts (not jorts).  Cute, not the brightest, but still cute. Oh yeah, the food...sorry I forgot

I used to be on a Mecca-type pilgrammage to find the BEST wings in Houston.  I pride myself on having to take the plunge and try every Hooters in the Houston area (poor me) and I have found out that NOTHING comes close to the wings at BCW.

First of all, all the wings come naked. That just how their made so no breading.  For folks like me who are trying to convince themselves that non-breaded wings are healthy, this place is Mecca.  I dont want to hear that the wings are still deep fried in 6 hour old grease.  All I want to see out of my ranch-colored-glasses, is that those wings are a high source of protein and low in carbs. Great, no one tell me different.

Sure they have salads and burgers but who gives a damn.  Its a wing place.  They have nearly 20 different flavors, and if your really brave you can try the "Beyond Insanity Sauce".  You have to sign a waiver and all that jazz before you order because it will light you up.  Trust me.  If you can manage 10 of them, you get your picture taken and it goes on the wall of fame.  Presently my photo is on the wall twice.  Lifetime Achievement List = conquered bitches! Twice!
If you feel like being a REAL man, or just dumb as hell, try it without the aide of Ranch/Bleu Cheese nor anything to drink.  Just a showdown between you and the wing.  A Fight to the death.

Good beer, 50 big screen TV's (keep in mind thats 50, not 50 inch, but 50 separate big screens...yeah its like that), outdoor patio, full bar...this place has it all.  Come on down to Baytown (Dirty Bay) for the best wings in Harris County! Its certainly worth it.
