I've been to Beach's a few times and each time I've been underwhelmed. Â My family went for an "All You Can Eat" Ribs special - only to be told it wasn't really "all you can eat" - you get a nice portion but if the ads say "All you can Eat" then you should be able to get it. Â With it, there was salad, potato, and bread. Â The baked potato wasn't special and nearly undercooked, and the salad was basically watery lettuce on a plate. Â It was just "meh" all around.
The second time I went I got some fish that was duller than dishwater. Â It was tilapia and it was just not good. Â It tasted too fishy (I realize its fish but there's quality tilapia and this was definitely not quality for the price) Â Again it was watery salad and my dressing was the weirdest version of French I'd ever tasted.
The waiter station also faces into the dining room with no barrier so it looks tacky for a "nicer" restaurant as this is supposed to be. Â The waitstaff is friendly enough but don't seem to "care" about their tables. Â They just go through the motions.
We  ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a butterfly pork sandwich. Both were ok.  Soup was included, and we ordered the baked French onion...which was very good.  When the bill came, they charged us $7.00 for the two soups, because we ordered the "baked" French onion which apparently was not included. When we asked the waitress she said that's how much she was told it was. I would have understood if she had explained it to us when we ordered, but....$34.00 for two sandwiches, two soups , and two beers. We won't be stopping here again.
