This place is decked out in Harley Davidson gear in just about every imaginable way. Tables, decorations, posters, pool tables, lights, just about everything. The inside is very well constructed and finished, but all the attention is on the mounds of HD gear rather than the actually very tasteful wood work. The bar is very themed to bikers: from the ever present HD gear to the motorcycles and scantily clad 90's era women under the bar and table tops. I would not feel comfortable taking any females here - I like enjoying my drinks and friends' company without having a blonde from a 1992 hooters calendar bent over a motorcycle in front of me. I have the Internet, if I want to see naked women, I'm very capable of doing it in the comfort of my own home.
If you're obsessed with HD the decor is probably cool, but to me it just seems over-done and tacky. Big communal style urinal in the bathroom.
The menu is very generic. Burgers, sandwiches, steak, seafood and a few generic American dishes like Mac n cheese, spaghetti and goulash.
Doesn't appear to be a lunch menu of any type, unless there's a completely separate menu for lunch. Cheapest entrees are 6-9 dollar sandwiches. One of them I considered trying was named the Biker Babe's Burger - again, I get the theme, but I shouldn't have to refer to myself as a biker babe when I just want a bacon cheeseburger. It's off putting.
Fish fries come with fries, Mac and potato salad, but to someone such as myself who has no desire to eat food slathered in mayo, it's just unnecessary food leading to a pricey 13 dollar fish fry. No offer of another side in place of both sides when I said they might as well hold them rather than me not eat them and they go to waste. Most restaurants will happily offer you something else, was rather surprised by that.
Service isn't exactly speedy, and I guess your food being out in a few minutes means ~15. Soup and salad never even arrived until after dinner? No tartar sauce with fish. Definitely some kinks in the service.
Food was not bad, however. Nothing spectacular. Fish was a tiny bit chewy but a good batter. Fries are fresh cut and tasty. Good 'slaw. Family rated the ribs as very good and meaty, the steak stew as mediocre, and Irish Mac n cheese as tasty but small portioned.
There is beautiful outdoor seating, though.
More of a 2.5 due to the slow service and the decor.
