My wife and I had our wedding at  Beaver Community Hall Last year in May.  It was very hot out, and we were very comfortable.  The venue is beautiful, quite location, almost no traffic.  A large playground for kids to play on, a big parking lot.  The whole hall area is hardwood so you can make the dance floor as large as you would like.  The inside has very tall ceilings with cool looking rafters.  The kitchen and serving room, can be blocked off with sliding doors, and the bar area is a nice escape from the music in the hall.  Three bathrooms, including a handicap bathroom which was great for my wife to get help with her dress.  The people that run the hall were very nice and more than willing to let us tour the hall several times before the wedding.  We had a full DJ on the stage, and he had easy access to the stage via  the front door.  The front door also made a great first entrance.  Lots of room, lots of chairs and tables, we even had chairs outside for guests to enjoy the nice weather under the large overhang.  This year we two of our friends are getting married and they live about a half hour away and decided to have the reception at the same hall.  I highly recommend it.
