  General chicken is great!   5 bucks for a lunch plate, and way better than a "5$ footlong."  The food quality is really pretty good.  This is a call in order type place.   There are places to sit, but it is best to call ahead and get your food to go.

  In a surprise move, this little Chinese restaurant in Port Gibson is really good! There are very few choices to eat out in town and I was a bit hesitant, but I am sure glad we tried it. We have had a variety of meals from here: hot and sour soup, dumplings, Hunan beef, General Tso's chicken, fried rice...and everything is hot, fresh and tasty. With the lack of competition, this place could easily have rested on the mediocre, but I am very glad to say it does not. I consider us lucky to have it in our town!
