When I was ordering take out from my phone, the girl taking the order kept asking me what I said because the music was blaring so loud and when I ordered the girl didn t answer for a while without saying to wait. When I got there, I wasn t greeted and when I checked my order, it had peppers in it! I nicely let the teenage girl know and she stared at me with a blank face and acted like she had no clue what happened. Another teenage girl grabbed the ticket and said I ordered green peppers...which I most certainly didn t since I can t stand peppers! No one read my order back to me on the phone! Both girls argued that it was what I ordered and stood there silent until a cook came up when he saw a problem. The cook told me my phone must have been dying. Seriously, that is what he said! My phone worked perfectly well and putting the blame on me was not professional. I had to wait another 20 mins and the teenage girl handed it to me without saying anything. No apology! I guess if I wore my suit instead of changing in at-home clothes, I would ve been treated better! Another woman who was waiting with me asked the teenage girl if she had her salad in the bag and the girl said yes without checking. The woman was in the car when a waitress ran out to the car to give her the rest of her order. I am a professional woman and will not have a teenager provide me that service so they lost business from me and my network. To top it off, it taste like canned mushrooms in the calzone. Takis and pizzeria on 42 makes way better calzones and their customer service is excellent. Drive the extra 10 mins to these locations....very worth it! If only I could give 0 stars....
