Unfortunately, our last visit to Bill's will be our final ever. Â From their distasteful shirts to their cold food served by an unfriendly waitress, Â this place now officially stinks in our book. I left a note on the back of our credit card receipt in hopes that the owner/ manager would at least see my comments. Â Too bad, since this used to be our favoritefamily restaurant. I refuse to drive almost an hour with gas prices this high to have food even my unpicky hubby didn't care for. Â Too bad, Â Bill's, you've lost some loyal customers.
Review Source:The Porterhouse has some great flavor and I really enjoyed it. The wife got the sirloin and it didn't have much flavor. Â I tried it and I didn't think it had any flavor at all.
One of my daughters ate the same as I did and she loved her Porterhouse  as well. Her belly can't hold as much as mine so I was lucky enough to have some left over for a late night snack.
My other daughter got the Philly sandwich which was also more than she could eat so we put the rest in a box. I don't think she was impressed with the sandwich because she didn't have much of an expression when she was eating it. Â
If you go, I recommend the Porterhouse. The bill for the 4 of us with pops was just over 90 dollars.
Bill's has dynamite steaks! Â It is a diamond in the rough. Â I've been here twice and just love the filets. Â The meat is so fresh and succulent. Â The steaks are served on iron skillet. Â I can see them sizzling now. Â YUM! Â They get their beef from fine locally-owned cattle farmers. Â Their filets are only $18 - a complete steal!
Bill's is about 20 minutes southwest of Coldwater, MI.
They have a wide variety of brews in bottles too. Â I cannot wait to get back to Bill's.
