We returned to Billy's Seafood this year because of the wonderful gentleman that helped us last year. We had so much fun, teasing and talking with him and really hoped to see him again. He was not there, and we were "looked at" by a young man with a huge lip of "chew". Not a greeting, not a smile, not a, "May I help you?" just a vacant stare. He made no comment the entire time we were there except to tell me that the crawfish tails came China and he wouldn't buy them or try them. We spent quite a bit of money there and did not receive a "Thank you". Instead of trying to spread my purchases to all the local seafood places, I will take all of my business to Aquila next year. They were very friendly and attentive and answered all my questions very gracefully. Sorry, Billy's, I won't be back.
Review Source:3 stars for the seafood, 0 star for the lady behind the counter. I do not what is your problem, but a smile will be great, and customer appreciation will be nice.
