I came into this cafe as a researcher of the Snoqualmie community. Literally-- doing an ethnographic study and looking for participants. The Bindlestick cafe was awesome. The owner, Rachelle was extremely warm, gracious, genuine, super generous with my being there, opening the cafe like it was her home. I really delighted in meeting her and seeing how charming she was to each person who entered, making personal recommendations like.. "I personally am a huge fan of the fresh spinach" and remembering regular customer's favorite items. This cafe makes me want to live in Snoqualmie.
Review Source:Simply awesome! Such a great low-key place to have a cup of coffee or a beer. In the epicenter of corporate coffee stores, we see fewer of these type places anymore. Great for kids as well, games and books are fun for the entire family. From the tourists to the locals, everyone is friendly and fun to chat with.
