  Tucked away just on the outskirts of downtown Commerce, Texas, Blackjack's Famous Barbecue is perhaps the best barbecue you could get in the area. The staff is courteous and friendly. You get the sense that you are in small town America (which you are) and the hospitality of the location exemplifies this.
  
  During my visit I had the opportunity to meet with the owners of the facility and they were both great individuals with warm inviting personalities. I ordered the 3 meat plate with a side of french fries and coleslaw. The french fries were seasoned perfectly and tasted great. Perhaps some of the best fries I've had in a long while. My 3 meat entree included the baby back ribs, spicy sausage, and brisket. The ribs and brisket were succulent. The meat from the ribs fell off the bone which demonstrated how tender the meat was. The BBQ sauce that complemented the dish was amazing!
  
  I strongly recommend that you visit this location. Commerce being a small town does not have many great dining options and Blackjacks barbecue is one of the few where you can find that your money is well spent. I promise you will leave with your tastebuds feeling satisfied.
