BBQ Ribs is always such a hard thing to review. It seems like its always a touchy subject because there is so many different styles out there. Not that I claim to be rib expert either after all I am from Arizona where finding a good non-chain rib joint can be a near impossible task! Now, I have heard a lot about this place from co-workers and vendors I deal with, and have been meaning to try it out for a while now. It has moved into town and it's a lot closer to hotel's rather than having to drive out to the airport where they used to be.

Tuesdays after 5pm, are all you can eat ribs as of this review. I wasnt that daring since I didnt know what exactly I was up against yet. I asked my waitress what was good and she said the briskett, and that she didnt really care for BBQ!??! Crazy talk I say! Anyways, scanning over the menu I saw the Dinner combo, and made my meat entre the Legendary Ribs. If anything on a menu ever says Legendary or World Famous, I definately have to be apart of that shenanigans, so the Legendary ribs it was!

The ribs were pure joy to my mouth. I took the first bite and had some flashbacks to when I was a kid eating ribs. That smokey flavor, and the crusty bits on the end ugh so good! Now I know some of you will fret, but I had to try their home made BBQ sauce, and slathered some on. It definately was a good addition, but I have learned from this experience, I like it dry baby! Let the smokey flavors speak for itself. Slow cooked, and very moist. I almost ordered a second plate, but couldnt resist the homemade apple cobbler. Definately one of the better apple cobblers I have had in a long time.

I definatley will be coming back to this place when I come to vist Ardmore again, and you should too if your passing through. It definately wont break your budget either!
