Boomba Bar & Grill

Boomba is the best place on Lake Nokomis  for good food, friendly owners and staff,  and atmosphere.  Friday night perch fry is the best I've had in years. The local artist nature paintings on table tops bar and coolers are very tasteful and add a nice north woods atmosphere.  The smothered chicken and patty melt are our favorites.  Don't eat frys too often but these are worth it!

The Boomba Bar and Grill is a great place to have a beer and some food. They have good pizza, burgers, steak sandwiches and more. Their Pub fries are great as are their cheese curds. The bar has been open many years and has been modernized over the years. The bar tenders and owners are very friendly. Whenever we are in the area, we stop in. This last Father's Day, the owner bought all the father's a drink.
I have not stopped in for their fish fry yet, but they have 4 or 5 different kinds of fish to choose from. We are making plans to go there for the fish fry soon.
