  One of my favorite bars in Indiana. Yes, you can smoke in here but for the most part people do not and it is not too bad. I don't notice that I leave smelling like smoke. I have been in bars that were much worse. They serve food but I have not tried it. They do not have a huge selection. It's nice because it is not as popular as wolfies so it's a nicer atmosphere and easier to have a good time.

  No soap in girls bathroom and i saw two employees using that night without the soap. Gross. Will not be returning

  For Indiana, this place is probably top-notch, but for an outsider, it's just scary. I've lived in cities my whole life -- LA, NY, Menlo Park (ok, so the last one's a stretch), but I haven't been to a restaurant that allowed smoking since like 1993.
  
  At Boomerang's, however, since there's no food being served (though they used to have such offerings) and it's located in small town America, you can smoke inside the bar. It's disgusting and you will leave there with your clothes smelling like ash and the horrible scent of combination-smoke-and-beer-breath.
  
  The upsides: karaoke (at least on Wed when I was there), cheap drinks ($1.50 Yuengling during happy hour and $3 at other times), and pool.
  
  Unfortunately, despite the awesome song choices, the people singing here happened to be the absolute worst karaoke-ers I've ever heard.
