This place is right on my way home.  That's about the best thing I can say about it...

We went here after work; I'd been once before, around the time it opened a few years ago, and Sweetie'd never been.  We started with the Team Platter appetizer sampler.  The boneless wings were okay ("famous?" Why?); we had creamy Buffalo and garlic parmesan.  The pizza was meh- I swear I tasted alcohol in the sauce, and no, not just because I wanted a beer after work.  Their menu says their pizza is "the pride of the restaurant."  I would call it gas-station pizza.  The Southwest Ravioli were pretty sad- some heat, but basically dough filled with Velveeta.  We barely made a dent in them.  Some pretty pathetic celery and carrots accompanied this mess, which was presented as if it were something spectacular.

We split  the Asian-glazed salmon for dinner.  It arrived lukewarm (the apps weren't much better.)  It was almost closing time so we didn't bother to send it back.  The broccoli was fine, the rice was fine, the salmon... looked weird.  And didn't taste great.  The teriyaki-ish sauce saved it by covering up the flavor.  My cat will end up eating most of it.

The servers changed partway through our meal, and the second one was not good.  Sweetie has been a server and knows (and appreciates) service from both sides.  She was not happy.

I don't know.  How has this place become such a big chain?  It's not even decent chain food, it's bad chain food.  The food is mediocre, the prices are outrageous for what you get, the service is not good.  The bill includes a survey promising $5 off $20 on your next visit.  We won't be back, but we'll be filling out that survey.  I could find better food for half the price at many places.

Forced to give 1 star. Deserves zero. Will not be going back.  Ever.  Overpriced, mediocre (at best) pizzas, inedible salads, and best of all unfriendly staff topped off with the most rude franchise owner I have ever encountered.

Meh....food is fair.  Nothing to write home about.  A bit pricey.

The wife and I have been to Bostons several times since we have moved out into Marysville. It is the fall back if we are lookin for something quick and easy and we just can not think of anything else.

Overall anytime we ha e gone it has been decent food but never anything where I just can not wait to got back. We usually will startout with teh nachos if we go with an app. The thing I like about the nachos there is they do not just pile them on and then pour cheese and other toppings over them, instead the nachos are layed out and then the cheese and other topping are placed on them.

Entrees have varied for me each time we have gone. Again nothing horrible but nothing that inspires me either.

Overall if you are looking for a quick bite to eat at a chain, then go and check this place out.

I went with a group from work, so we had quite the large party, but our dishes came fairly quickly. I ordered the "spicy" creamy pasta (it was not spicy at all--but I am finding this is common in American-style restaurants, as American spicy is anything that has pepper, so I can't judge too harshly on that failure). The pasta was al dente, the chicken and broccoli were generous, and it was, overall, a good meal with a breadstick.

The appetizer variety platter was a little bit of a disappointment, but it was on par with what you get at Applebee's and its ilk, so again, nothing out of the ordinary.

At the end of the day, for the price we paid, and the service received, Boston's is an okay quick eat after work. It's not a destination point, but they have $3 margaritas, so I suspect some people will let that be enough to get them through the late work days ahead...

Okay, Boston's, I tried to be nice, but you went and ruined it.

We came here after the family insisted, and I would have rather eaten a White Castle crave case next door then ingested anymore Boston's food.

I ordered the Basil, pesto, chicken Parmesan sandwich, which was so sloppy I had to eat my sandwich with a fork and knife, but the killer this trip was the fact they put sugar and cinnamon on my fries instead of salt.

I noticed last time too that the management and wait staff get mad and offended when you complain about the food being messed up, or tasting odd, so of course we got weird stares from the management like we were just joking, but I had EVERYONE at my table try my fries and consensus was, THE DAMN FRIES HAD SUGAR ON THEM.

The excuse given by management was that they put their fries on metal bowls, or something after they take them out of the deep fryer, and they must have put my fries in the bowl they place the sweet potatoes fries in.

I didn't think you were allowed to mix different food items in the same bowls, or dishes when prepping them. It makes me think your cooks are being lazy and won't take time to label their spices, or prep stations.Thank God, I wasn't a diabetic, because that really could have proved disastrous.

Boston's, I'll be damned if I ever eat there again EVEN if it's free.

    Did the compensate my fries?

    Hell no, they didn't.

My wife and I have been here probably half a dozen times, and we've never gotten anything but good food and good service. My wife sometimes craves the fish tacos, and asks when are we going back to Bostons. Odd thing is, out of all the times we've been here, I don't think either of us has ever ordered pizza. Something to try in the future I guess.

I've been to Boston's 3 times now. I have to say the most frustrating part about eating here is that the recipes for the food are very good; however, their cooks need to know how to make it hot.
Actually, I'd take warm. I've had the Buffalo Calzone (twice) and a steak, and each time I've had to send the items back to be reheated (once I had to send the Calzone back twice). I don't know if they're afraid to burn the food or if their ovens and grills are set at 200, but they need to be trained to cook the food hot. I don't think it's an issue of sitting in the window because we've never waited long for the food, even at busy periods.
The management has been nice and offered to comp the food or offered free dessert, which is great, but I'm not looking for a free meal. At the rate that it appears they comp food they may close down.
The staff are friendly and the atmosphere nice, but if they don't get this temperature thing down then they're going to sink themselves.

Pizza cheese had pools of grease and the caesar salad was full of wilted romaine lettuce.  Been there twice and left with a stomach ache both times.

Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Fun to people watch. This is not a cheap place which knocks a star off (at least, it's hard to justify spending $15 by yourself). Hints are:  half price pizza on Wednesdays (I get a small pepperoni), half price appetizers on Sundays (I get the three bacon cheeseburger mini burgers and fries, which is really a meal), and lastly they have a children's dessert of a brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate & carmel syrup. It's just the right size and only $1.99. Sometimes I'll eat only half the pizza and get this. Also, as a cheesesteak lover, I think they have one of the best, probably the multiple cheeses.  I think they may also have 1/2 price appetizers at night till 6 or 7 during the week.  I'm a regular, so practically everyone knows me, and most of the time I get my favorite spot (on the other side of the wall behind the front counter).  I've personally never had a bad experience here.  About the only way it could get better is if they served Coke (they're Pepsi).  For me, it's a lot bigger space than Old Bag of Nails, and more selection than Roosters, both within a couple minutes.  Just tell 'em the guy who always comes in on Wednesdays and Sundays sent you and I'm sure you'll get great food and service ;-)

$3 Happy Hour Margarita's were calling my name tonight. When I go out in Marysville, Boston's is never an option because the food has always been non-eventful and/or cold.  Nothing to write home about.  So being sick of the other places in the ville, I met up with my sister and her boyfriend tonight and we thought we would give Boston's another try.

It was pretty packed tonight, but they had some acoustic guys playing so that may have brought in some of the crowd.  We ate in the bar area and the service was ok.  Our waiter was Tony and he was pretty nice, but was running around crazy busy.  I know he's going to get his sleep on tonight after his shift.

The food.  I ordered a steak flatbread pizza thingy, sister had nachos and her man had boneless buffalo wings.  I have to say of all my times eating at Boston's the flatbread was probably the best meal I've had.  I KNEW the nacho's would come out lukewarm as they have EVERY time and I was right.  I think they make a ton of plates up ahead of time because they are a popular appetizer and keep them under a lukewarm heat lamp or something.  They were also skimpy on the toppings too.  They just threw on a ton of lettuce, olives and jalapenos, but the meat & cheese was slim pickins.

We did get 2 things of dessert we all split.  We tried the petite bread pudding bites and they were really good and then the Boston cream pie with brandy sauce, this was above average in my opinion.  See I'm not a mean grinch, I can give props where they're due.

So to summarize, the visit this time WAS better than it has been in the past, but it still will probably at least for now be down on my list of places to eat in Marysville.

We have to give this place a 3 out of 5. The food tasted good, but wasn't great. The waitress brought out the kids' mac and cheese and the sauce was very runny. We had to send it back. The second time it was brought out it looked much better, but they should have had it right the first time. I ordered the Greek salad which was above average. It had lots if feta cheese which I like. My husband had a pizza. He said it was okay.  We will go back, but not before trying a few other places.
