Great place to watch football, but with a full liquor license, I don't understand why there are kids playing on the pool table..making it hard to enjoy a beer with a 10yr old trying to make a corner shot. And while the waitress is cute, please attend to the customers as much as the electronic game on the bar..Good food though, & extensive menu..sans the kids, I would go back.
Review Source:I have been going to Bout Time since they opened a couple of years ago in West Jordan. Â I have visited all of their pubs and must say that they are getting better and better every time they open another one. Â I was at the Herriman location this past Saturday for the UFC fights and had a great time. Â The energy in the place was electric!! Â The food and drink was top notch and the service was spot on. Â It was great to see a mix of young and old with kids included. Â What an awesome deal to be able to bring kids to the neighborhood pub. Â I am a huge fan and will definitely continue to spread the word about Bout Time, especially the Herriman location.
Review Source:Called to make reservations for the following weekend to watch a UFC fight. Â They told me they were going to have a lot of people there and suggested they didn't want anyone else at their place. Seems like a strange business model for a new establishment. They've lost our business before we even went there one time. Customer service = 0/5
Review Source:After several months, I finally tried out Bout Time. I'd been reluctant too, based off of judging the book by it's cover. However, considering that we are desperate to have new restaurants in the area, I eventually had to give it a shot. Unfortunately, it's (yet) another dud. I walk in and am ignored for the first couple of minutes by the bartender, who was chatting with a friend. Her willingness to help didn't really improve. She was cordial but not friendly, and gave the distinct impression that she really couldn't be bothered to provide attentive, friendly service. Slow to take my order, couldn't hardly be bothered to check on it. Had someone else (eventually) bring it out. There were only a dozen people in the place.
I had one of the sandwiches. $10 can buy a really great sandwich anywhere in this valley. Unfortunately, at Bout Time, $10 gets you a really poor club. Really sub-par in every way, quality, taste, texture. Enormous size was it's only redeeming value, if you think that's a redeeming value.
I won't be eating there again. Unfortunately, the service left such a poor impression, I won't be drinking there either. It's a shame, because it is so close. I'll continue to drive farther for better options.
Came in from the cold to smiling faces, great food and an ambiance that really made me feel welcomed. Kinda like what I would imagine a neighborhood bar should feel like. Even thought the place was packed the service was incredible, on time and very courteous. I will be a frequent patron.
