Box Car Tavern

The Box Car is a great dive bar. These other hateful reviews are dumb and you guys need to lighten up.  It is what it is, and it's fun! It's an old building with a lot of character, and a lot of local flavor too. Karaoke twice a week rules. The blue cheese burger is so amazing. Angel the bartender is awesome. Don't go to a dive bar and expect 5 star service. It's  a fun place to drink and get loud.

The place was clean, i waited only a min or two for my beer. The garl woking there is great!  I ordered the fish and chips, they were good! However the clam chowder tastes like it comes from a can of walmart brand chowder. :-( yuck. don't order the chowder.

The Conway restaurant is much better go their instead.

It's one shot deal. Waitress is a joke, can't seem to locate one beer in 22 minutes. Ordered two burgers in over crowded drunks breathing on you cramped narrow hallway of place.music too load on bad speakers. Burgers arrived 61 minutes after beer and the absolute disappearance of said waitress. Who thought fit to put her hands on my burger. Husbands burger overcooked and dry.the place is filthy and smells like old drunks and smoke. Manager gave husband a beer for the troubles and thought to make a joke of the whole thing. Folks went two weeks later and
thought less of the place than I did. Thatmy friends is very bad. Funny that we love the Conway pub but will not return this dive.
