The place isn't open any more. Closed down for not paying taxes.

Is this restaurant open?

Some decent breakfast and lunch specials at a reasonable price.  Years ago this restaurant was always packed with people.  These days, probably due to much more competition, it's half empty much of the time.  

I try to make it by a couple times a month.   It's a nice restaurant, but no longer at its prime.
