  Cape Vincent has long needed a nice little sandwich shop and Breakers delivers. Decent beer selection, but don't expect the staff to know much about it. The rueben has coleslaw, which was actually a nice touch even though I love sauer kraut. Friendly service, if not the fastest.definitely a nice addition to town.

  What a great surprise in Cape Vincent!  The Breakers is a fabulous new restaurant on Broadway.  Quaint and cozy theme with an incredible menu (handwritten by the chef every night).  This place is a gem!  Great food with great prices, we will definitely be back!
  **I would suggest that they move the dessert refrigerator out of the front dining room, although there were AMAZING desserts inside, it was a bit loud.

  Great place to grab a burger & beer or dinner & glass of wine in Cape Vincent. Ate there this weekend and liked it a lot! Cute, clean and charming. Nice separation of dining room and bar area seating, great place to have  abeer and watch the game!  Nice list of specials daily and to-die-for desserts!
