Brick's Travel Center

It now is called Bricks they have the best food in the area! They have full salad bar along with five meat buffet.  Ribs chicken turkey ham fish roast beef. So if your going thru motly stop in and say hi to pat and brad!

I've been coming here since before I could talk and I've stuck by it through building renovations and demolitions and rebuildings and now an ownership change.  I haven't been to the cafe since the ownership change but the gas station still seemed quite good, although with a few (not unwelcome) bells and whistles.

When I first came into the cafe it had a mural of a lake on one of the walls.  I will never forget that mural and I still want one in my bedroom to this day.  A wall sized postcard of a beautiful Minnesota lake.  HEAVEN!  This was always a truck stop style cafe and it still is an updated truck stop cafe.  So they do a decent breakfast and a decent lunch.  At one point they even had a terrible salad bar.  So... think truck stop.  The service is fine and the food is fine, but they will never reinvent the wheel even when they're rebuilding it.  It's a great stopping point on your way to all over the state.
