Brothers Italian Restaurant

I was in the party with Greg H, who posted his review. It was was one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had. Pizza was ok, service was poor due to the waitress had tables on both sides of the restaurant, and a manager person who was very aggressive with this girl. The worst things were the temp in the area we were in, and when I was asked by the clerk about our meal, I expressed how poor it was and he said  "oh". i said to him, if you really dont care how my visit was, why do you ask? Needless to say, I will never visit there, or tell anyone I know to go out there.

Hard to expand on Matthews well thought out review. We had the kids pizza (which they loved) and my wife & I both had the club. Hers was a Club Sub and mine was a Club.

The food was good and everyone enjoyed it. The waitress was very good and attentive. The only problem was the HUGE wait. We arrived shortly before 12 for lunch and the food didn't arrive until about 12:40. Not a lot of time waiting for initial service, just a ton of time waiting for what - the pizza's? The clubs? Go for good valued food, but be prepared to wait.

I've been to Brother's a handful of times for pick-up only.  I have not dined inside the restaurant I have frequently ordered their fare on a Sunday evening that I'm recovering from a wild Saturday night.

I have ordered the Chicken Picatta the last few times I have been there and It is very, very good.  At $11.95 for the dish, I thought it might be a little overpriced but the amount of chicken, noodles, sauce really makes up for the price.  I used to work at a "cheap, greasy italian" restaurant in the fan during college and every meal included a salad and sometimes I just really want a salad when I order from Brother's but I really am not interested in paying almost $4.00 for a side salad.

On a positive note, the bread that comes with each entree is DELICIOUS...I can't rave enough about it because I think that everyone who loves bread should go there. now.

The other meal that I have had is the Eggplant Rollatini, a delicious concoction of meats and ricotta cheese rolled inside two generous portions of eggplant.  The ricotta cheese is really what helps make this dish.

While I don't plan on dining in at the restaurant, as I am a we bit picky about where I eat inside.  The people who own and run this place seem like friendly people that now how to do country italian dishes just right.
