Almost seedy but so much fun! Â Ilea (Bartender) was outstanding! Â It was a full house (Saturday after 10:30PM, in Jan '10) and she handled that place like it was nothin'. Â The bar itself is good sized, seating along the windows in the front and along the bar. Â 1 pool table, 1 air hockey table and a small dance floor (DJ fit's in the far back corner). Â It's your local spot if you live there and it's a lot of fun if you're stopping in for the weekend.
Review Source:Color me surprised - the dingy Lakeport neighborhood bar with Bud Light Lime paper lanterns caked in mosquito scat and well-advertized Jaeger-on-tap has never been reviewed.
It's not really fair that I'm the first person to review this place, because I'm not from Lakeport, and even by Bay Area standards it's been insinuated I am a bar snob. Â But life's not always fair. Â For example, sometimes your boyfriend drags you out to Lakeport for no good reason.
It seems this place draws an interesting crowd. Â The somewhat elaborate karaoke was tragically underutilized, but that did not mean there was no entertainment. Â The locals were a fun time and the bartender was nice.
