  My family met here to celebrate my sister's birthday. When we arrived the cars made it appear as if the place was going to be crowded but it wasn't. So it is probably good to go in and check things out before assuming it is going to be really busy.
  The cheese fries were good as well as the diner salads. I had grilled shrimp which was pretty good for the Texas Panhandle. Three in our party had the chicken fried steak and were all pleased. One in our group had the margarita chicken and they thought it was just ok.
  The staff was friendly and did a good job, even brought my sister a piece of cake for free.
  if I could give 4 1/2 stars I would. I just can't give five because of the so-so opinion on the chicken dish. Things are priced well and for a town the size of Panhandle this is a great place to check out.
