Buffalo Grill

the greatest place in WY. I love these people- they took me in after the disaster in Colorado!

On a summer road trip I made a point to stop in Chugwater again to get some of their great chili! I was at another place the first time I was up to try it so this was my first time at Buffalo Grill! I have to say I was impressed! I got served relatively quickly and everyone seemed nice and friendly. I ordered the chili and I think that I liked this chili recipe slightly better. Obviously it was slightly altered from the other place that served Chugwater Chili. I think it tasted fresher overall. I had a nice side salad to go with it so all in all a very good meal!
There doesn't ever seem to be too many cars around the building of Buffalo Grill but that doesn't mean that they are closed. I almost thought that they were so go ahead and proceed up to the door and look for an open sign!
