Mediocre staff, sub par food, spendy draft beer, slow service. The closed the place done to renovate it, and whoever designed it did a poor job. There is absolutely no room to move around (I'd hate to have to work there). I didn't appreciate that my appetizer came in a disposable paper boat.
Meh.
The food is just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings and this location is very convenient since I usually stay at the Courtyard across the street, but this place has the WORST service. Â
I usually call ahead for a carry-out order. Â I don't think I have ever been able to place an order quickly. Â You are always put on hold and it takes them forever to take your order. Â
Upon entering the Order Pick-Up area, many eyes just stare at you but no one actually asks if you need assistance. Â
Workers here need to take Customer Service 101....especially the management. Â I know this place has no competition in the area but they seriously need an improvement or will lose a lot of business. Â Now if I crave wings, I just head over to Wing Stop.
We rocked up at 11.30pm on a Thursday. Food was still going strong, lots of TV screens were blasting out miscellaneous sports and a locals 20-something crowd (with a few oldies) were chowing down on burgers n' wings or gulping beers.
Ok, so we had to find a waitress and seat ourselves, but the service was with a smile, the food was tasty enough for the crap most of us accept when at a sports bar, and the place was buzzy yet relaxed. Until 12.30... then it's all over. Drink up, finish up, the town curfew is in effect.
If you are in town late, hungry or in need of some distraction, this is it.
