I have always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. Â Me and my significant other usually order the same thing when we come here... Pork Nachos to start and boneless wings to share. My favorite wing sauce is the Parmesan Garlic but they have so many other delicious options like honey bbq, asian zing, teriyaki and more! They do have certain nights of the week where they run specials for boneless wings and regular wings too. Â They have a full bar and their service is usually quick in my experience. Â The atmosphere is fun. They have big tv's for sports so if there is a big game on you may want to get there early. To me, Â the only con are the seats, they are hard and can get uncomfortable if you are there for a while. Â Also in the bar area, the seats have no backs which can get extremely uncomfortable quickly. I will be back though- i love their wings!
Review Source:Good drink specials, pretty average food.
Have been here for their wing nights which are cheap options if you want to get out (Tuesday and Thursday). Plenty of different sauces to pick from. They come out in a little paper basket which I find odd.
They do have a pretty good burger- the screamin nacho burger was nice and spicy.
There's plenty of tv's and the service is friendly enough.
Went there recently and they have slowly turned the place around. They have trivia nights and the food was surprisingly good. I cannot get enough of the teriyaki wings. They are sweet and tangy. My friend got a burger and enjoyed it as well. Probably won't go there again for a while, but I am glad to see the atmosphere is improving and so is the food.
Review Source:My love/hate relationship with BW3 is currently in "hate" mode. I'd generally give the chain three stars. Â The wings are overpriced, but I can't get over the sauces and how they are all delicious. Â Their wraps and burgers are good too, but the quality has been on a downward trajectory over the past couple of years. Â This location epitomizes what is wrong with BW3.
Met a group of friends here and the service was incredibly slow. Â It was a Wednesday night and the place was half full at best. Â Our server seemed to forget about us for stretches at a time, which was interesting since we were ordering multiple appetizers and drinks. Â Tip tends to be higher with a big bill, you know? Â She also ignored our request to put the Rays game on one of the big TVs in that section - Red Sox/Yanks game was on ESPN, but there was more than one projector and one game didn't need to occupy both given the amount of people there. Â We finally had to flag down a manager and it took them all of five seconds to change the channel.
On to the food. Â Like I said in my opening paragraph, the nickel-and-diming at Bdubs is normally annoying but tonight was outrageous. Â I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and it had one small boneless wing inside along with the lettuce and cheese. Â For $8+ do you think you could spot me another wing, at least? Â I didn't even bother complaining because I was hungry and just wanted to get out of there.
All in all, there's pretty much no way I'll return to this Bdubs location. Â The one is Oldsmar is a bit of a drive from me but the service is worlds better.
Just don't understand the attraction people have to this place. The wings are small and cost as much as some of the other wing chains with bigger wings. Could barely hear the people I was with and the place wasn't that crowed so I couldn't imagine going when it is. One of the people I was with ordered the ribs and they had no taste at all and the texture of a McRib. The beer selection seemed good so that is a plus and they have ntn trivia but those are not enough to draw me back.
Review Source:I agree with some of the reviews on here. The food is good, espeically their wings, but a bit pricey and unless your sitting AT the bar, the service isnt all that great either. I like the selections of beer they have on tap. Especially the Guiness. When it comes to watching a sports game, this is the place to come and watch it on their many tv's.
Review Source:Love Bdubs! Great wings, tons of sauces to choose from, and it's a great location to catch the game! This Brandon location is a little slow with their service. The waitresses are good, but their kitchen is horrendously slow, and I can't imagine why. As someone who once worked for BW3 up in Tallahassee (where they don't have servers, it's seat yourself and pick up food when your buzzer goes off), I think the fact that there are servers makes the service worse because the kitchen feels they can take longer. Before, you'd wait maybe 8 minutes for your food -- now it's seriously 15-20... and that's for 2 simple wraps, no apps... nothing complicated! And I'm talking about lunchtime on a weekday when there's hardly anyone at the bar and maybe 2-3 other tables total. Still...good food.
Review Source:3.5 stars
Standard chain that has a good bar food selection. Came here for some sliders and grandma was not disappointed. The fries are good and I hear the wings are pretty good too (let's hope so, "Wings" are in the name). They have standard drinks, beers, as well as some pretty unusual drink concoctions like Guinness and Orange Juice??
The TV's are huge and plentiful and this place would be perf to come and watch a game with friends.
Our waitress Tegan was very friendly and pleasant and made a mediocre bar experience a great one.
The food? I can't rave about the food because I love it so much!!! I'm a buffalo wing-aholic. Especially with the BWW Arnold Palmer to wash it down. The food is terrific, arrives at a good pace, is at a good temperature and flavor... no complaints at all.
Like other BWW, its sports allegiances are strange because of the dozens of TV's scattered throughout. I've seen chess matches, baseball, wrestling, TV dramas and more. Once we called the restaurant ahead of time to watch a USF football game-- and they told us they were going to play it-- only to arrive and be told in person that they weren't showing the game.
Last Sunday there was a Rays game AND a Bucs game playing... the place was packed. I guess Rays fans ate the Bucs for breakfast because although the TV's played the Bucs game as well, the audio was dominated by the Rays.
As for the servers, they've always been really attentive and nice. Even during the impregnated crowd on Sunday, our server still handled us like we were the only ones there...
Just bad food. How cheap do you  have to be to not even carry plates?? No plates, no silverware, terribly over cooked wings, lousy service. Anything good? Hmm, the asian hot sauce is flavorful. Do yourself a favor, buy a jar to go and avoid the horrific experience of trying to eat at this laughable establishment.
Review Source:As far as wings in the Brandon area go, this place is my favorite. They offer a large variety of sauces displayed on your menu from "smilin'" (mild) to "screamin'" (pretty frickin hot!). What I really enjoy is it's not just mild, hot, hotter, hottest. They offer flavors throughout the range like sweet bbq or teriyaki on the mild end, spicy garlic or carribean jerk in the middle on up to mango habanero or blazin' on the very hot end. And those are just 6 of the 14 sauces they offer. I haven't taken advantage of it yet because I haven't really discovered how to cook wings at home but they do offer their sauces for sale in 12 oz bottles.
They do offer many other menu items as well such as burgers, ribs, salads and other snackies. There is a full bar with what seems to me as a non-beer drinker to be a pretty wide variety of draft and bottled beers. I think there's something like 30 different kinds of beers offered, maybe more. They have a coupon/e-club you can join and you'll get coupons on the odd occasion and notice of specials. They have specials on traditional and boneless wings on two respective days of the week. I think Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you sign up for the eclub it will remind you about it the first weeks of your membership on the list.
I recently got to try a rib and wing combo platter and the ribs were very good too. Excellent coleslaw as well! The servers are always nice and it's got a ton of TVs if you want to be there to watch some type of sports game. Typically they seem to have just about anything playing. The prices are fair. If you're in it for wings they are cheaper than at hooters and they will also allow you to have some wings in some sauces and some wings in others which is cool. I believe there's a minimum to how many wings can be in one sauce but it's fairly low. I believe only 5-6 have to be in one sauce, so if you're getting a few people together for 20-30 wings you can try out several sauces.
When I lived in the area it was almost a weekly given that my friends and I would be here on cheap wing day (Tuesday?) or cheap bonesless wing day (Thursday?). The sauce options are pretty numerous. However, if there isn't some sort of deal it's not really worth the cost to me.
They do have quite a few tvs and trivia to keep you entertained while you wait for your food to arrive.
One day while looking for some take-out, I stopped here and decided and to order some of their Honey BBQ wings. It's been a long time since I've had any Honey BBQ wings that I liked. Ever since KFC changed to no trans-fat food, their wings have really been awful, but these wings from Buffalo Wild Wings were delicious, I couldn't put them down. Normally I eat about six or seven wings and I am full, but I had to finish all the ones I ordered this time because it was just that good. Pretty delicious and take-out comes quick.
