Went here many times while going to Northwood, the food was always hot and delicious. Â I also enjoyed the fundraisers we ran through BWW where 20% of the food check was donated to our chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Â One expects to have trouble in these situations since the restaurant is making less money, but the food and service quality was always pretty good.
To be perfectly honest, I'm sort of over Buffalo Wild Wings. Â The sauces are delicious, but the chain has always been overpriced and I'm fed up with the way they nickel and dime people. Â The wraps are especially a rip-off - $8+ and you get maybe the equivalent of one boneless wing inside. Â That being said, this location is a good one and I never left disappointed.
My entire family loves the wings here here, we come once every couple weeks as a treat. The blackened chicken salad is decent as well. It is definitely loud, always busy, but we always go home happy. Definitely my favorite sports bar in town, although the competition is limited. This is where my youngest son insists on coming to on his birthday. (Hey, there are way more annoying places he might choose.)
Review Source:worst service ever! every time i venture there the wait staff is never friendly, outgoing, attentive, or seam to know anything about waitressing at all. last time our waitress left all our empty glasses and appetizer plates at our table while we ate and there was barley any room for anything. food nothing great but i will never go there for friendly staff.
Review Source:Horrible service, horrible food. The boneless wings were old, they give you 2 celery sticks, and when I asked for a side of mayo to go with my burger, they gave me 2 packets of generic brand. Really? They didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted, the fries were cold, and apparently medium well means burnt to shit. Gross. Don't come here, its a waste of money. The waitress came by about twice, and was pissy every time. Do your job, lady! Or at least act like you care! Asked for a red stripe draft, and they were out. Ok, can I get a tall hefeweizen? Sure! She comes back and says they don't have it on draft, even though its on the draft menu! Ok fine, just a normal one. She brings it out, with no Orange slice, which is pretty standard. Ugh. Then, about 20 minutes later I see a guy at the bar with a tall hefeweizen, WITH an Orange slice!! Ask the waitress what's up, and she said, oh, its fat tire. No its not lady, fat tire is an ipa, which isn't cloudy like hefeweizen. Then she comes back and says I double checked, its Newcastle he has. No he doesn't, lady!! Newcastle is a dark beer. Do your job!
This place is the worst, and I don't know why everyone is so hard up about it. Never coming back!
