3/12/12 Got probably the best service we have ever had. Food took awhile but the waiter was attentive. Which is unusual. Two complaints 1. Same one I have had in the past, LOUD MUSIC. This is a sports  theam place, play sound for the sports on ths TV's. 2. Slooooow WIFi. I take my kids and they liks to play their things.
Review Source:We come here all the time to watch out of area sports. On a Sunday at 11:30 we pulled up thrilled that they were advertising that they would have all the MLB playoffs showing. Again on a sign as we walk in the door. Watch the playoffs here. Our game started at 11:00. We get to the bar and there is no baseball on. All football commentary! Not even a football game yet. Maybe 20 people in the bar. We ask them to change the channel so we can watch the playoffs. That put it on a small TV in the corner and we have to change tables and servers. So disappointed this time.
Review Source:Alright... I'll be honest... I read the reviews but had been to BWW in other cities before. While no one really comes here for the wings, seriously don't come here for the wings. Way too much sauce. The waitress was nice but clueless. BWWs is perfect for watching 5 games at once, which is awesome during football season or during March Madness, but other wise dont waste your time or your money. BWWs REALLY is a great franchise, just not here.
Review Source:Let me put it this way, I quit complaining to the server and I don't complain in restaurants.
1) the table had at least a 3 inch wobble in it. Â This is after the restaurant was closed for like a month & a half for a "complete remodel."
2) I order traditional wings and they brought out boneless wings, twice. Â After I told the first person that I ordered bone-in wings, and she took them back, our server brought them back out and asked us if I ordered them. Â
3) When she brought out the right order, half of the wings were cold, not kind of warm, but cold. Â
4) The french fries were over cooked and hard.
5) Our server must have taken a break and no one else was covering her tables. Â Eating hotwings without a drink is not very pleasurable. Â When I finally asked another server to get a refill, she seemed less than thrilled. Â
6) I still ended up paying full-price for substandard food.
I'm not exactly sure what the "remodel" consisted of other than the addition of a few new tv's and some new window treatments outside, but it doesn't seem like anything was improved. Â The service and food was worse today than prior to the remodel, and it wasn't stellar then. Â We decided that the next time we want wings, we will be heading to Wing Stop. Â If you want to keep business, I suggest you fix the "little things" like the quality of food, the quality of service, having a table to eat on that doesn't spill your drinks, and worry less about tv's, t-shirts, and awnings.
Tried to put in a reservation beforehand and was told that we could not put in reservations. Decided to show up anyway with our group. Was told that had someone from our group shown up early and made the reservation (in person) it would have been accepted. That would have been great info to give over the phone. Our group waited a while and then decided to leave rather than wait the "unknown" time given by the hostess which would have proven to be after a group of 6, 8, and then 12. Why do we keep coming back here?
Review Source:I normally love the BW chain. Yes its a chain, and the food is only decent, but its a nice enough place to get some wings and watch the game, and the beer selection is pretty good.
However, this location has problems. They cater to the wrong crowd. We were in there tonight with a group to watch a couple college basketball games and have some wings and beer. Before the game even ended, they turned off the main 2 big screens and a DJ started blasting club type music. When we asked the DJ about it, he said "this is what its always like". We talked to an Assistant Manager (Ashley), and she basically told us "too bad" and that its not her fault what do we want her to do about it. So we left.
Its currently March Madness - i'm sure we werent the only ones there trying to watch the games. Â On the radio here they advertise that this is place to go to watch the games when you can't watch them at home. Obviously not. They only care about the club crowd on Friday nights.
I wont go back to this location, and i'm not surprised at all to see they only have 2 stars. Check out The Cork and Pig or The Grill instead. Its not the same type of establishment, but way better than this place, and at least you'll be giving money to a local joint.
I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before.... Â
I ordered the Chicken Cesar Salad. Â
I got a bowl of lettuce soaked and drowned in what was supposed to be Cesar dressing with a slight scatter of unfresh Parmesan and some croutons.. Â The chicken wasn't fresh, neither was the lettuce. Â I couldn't even finish it. Â It was pretty bad. Â There were no crisp pieces because everything was completely drowned in the dressing... Â it's all I could taste.
Â
I need to learn to order what the place if "known" for and quit trying to find something else. Â
Our waitress was an absolute doll, though.
Wow, this place made me not want to eat at this chain EVER! How is the manager letting his employees work like this?!!! The service was AWWWWFUL!!! The host didn't know how long it was gonna take to seat us-bad hosting skills, how do you not know that as a host??? That's your job! Our waiter, though he got our orders right, he was really slow and lacked good waiting skills, he was all over the place and just looked really unhappy there. I mean we all don't love our jobs but if your tips depend on it-at least pretend you like it for that shift!
The sweet tea and water- well anything made with their water tasted disgusting! My husband said we would've received better service at McDonald's! This place is a Big whomp...needs new manager, the only thing saving this place is the food!!!
well I went here with a few friends and well the atmosphere is why we all go here right, well first off I'm not a big fan of them having smoking inside maybe I'm, just used to california where you can't smoke at a bar or restaraunt but anyways the food is decent and the waitresses are very attentive to you, they have plenty of parking and my only complaint really was that the tv's kept switching from game to game so it made it hard to watch the game just keep it on one channel.
Review Source:Ok, so most of the time I go here it's for social drinking with friends, but I can say the wings are good and they have a large variety of flavors. A few of the appetizers are decent but you have to try the buffalo chips with cheese. The burgers are decent not great but what draws me here is the atmosphere. It's unlike any other buffalo wild wings I've been to. Loud, proud, & drunk!!!
Review Source:Argh, this place was awful. Super-generic, the service sucked, the meal sucked (the wings were awful, and came in one of those rectangular, cardboard, school-cafeteria dish-things), the water was funky (yeah, I know, San Angelo water lol), and the whole place just tried too hard. There was some kind of game on, so I got to hear commercials blaring super-loudly behind me. From the first five minutes I was there, I just wanted out as quickly as possible.
The only redeeming quality this place had was its RUSH 2049 arcade machine. :/
Chain....
Ala carte...
Poor service, food and an atmosphere that screams out "Not family friendly".
I have absolutely nothing good to say about any Buffalo Wild Wing I've ever been in. Â The manager, when I was there, was clueless as to how a person manages a restaurant/bar environment like this. Â My advice, go to cici's. Â Sure it's loud and the pizza isn't the greatest but for 5 bucks you're less dissatisfied than the 40 bucks you spend here.
Good wings, good beer...horrible service. Went tonight to watch the newest UFC fight, and left after an hour to order it at home. Â Wings were decent, but service sucked. Â The boyfriend and I both got wings and wanted a side salad (yeah, we're trying to watch those carbs). Â She brings him fries and me a salad...when I look over everything wondering what happened she asked "Oh, I brought you fries...is that ok?" Â Of course it's not okay...and that's why you got less than 10% tip!
Fun place to be with a group of people, but typical San Angelo service; college students trying to earn beer money. Â Or at least that's what I assume.
Seriously, b-dubs... Â The word "wings" is in your name--you should be able to make wings that are better than what I can get at Pizza Hut or Wendy's. Â I was also hugely disappointed that despite having a dozen or so HDTV's, the management here is too cheap to get a HD cable signal. Â Low-definition football on Sunday is simply unacceptable for a place that advertises such football coverage.
