Buffalo Wild Wings

I've been here twice, both times I sat at the bar. The first time I came here was at lunch time and the service & food were great. However my second visit in the evening wasn't very good. I orderd chicken strips and waitng 45 minutes without getting my order. I asked the bartender about my order and he didn't realize I hadn't received my food but by this time I didn't really care to eat there since it had taken so long. I told the bartender to cancel my order and I would just pay for the drink I had while waiting. The manager had to come over to the register to adjust my bill. At no time did the manager ever appologize for the delay in my order which I feel is very unprofessional and showed a true lack of customer service on part of the manager.

BWW is a typical sports bar. Bad food, bad prices, strong drinks, and flirty waitresses.

Another reviewer mentioned that they charge for substitutions - this is annoyingly true. I'm not sure why it's such a bother to exchange fries for a salad or to use a different sauce. Clearly, this is a problem for BWW.

The food is insanely expensive for what is, essentially, microwaved, pre-cooked bar food. Tiny portions, never big on taste - exactly what you'd expect from a dive bar. Not a large chain with a presumably functioning kitchen.

The drinks are fine, if that's your thing - expensive, though.

The waitresses are rude, especially to women. I don't know how this town spawns so many hateful girls who become servers, but it's true. It's a problem. Flirty with the men, rude with their girlfriends/wives.

Classy.

All in all, I'd rather watch a game on our big screen than pay $40 to go here, deal with someone else changing the channel, bad food, flirty waitresses (not that hubs notices, but c'mon, it's not cool at all.) and bad service.

The food is great, and I have had some good times here. I have met some really great people here while sitting at the bar. One bartender is particular is very friendly. The reason I take two stars off is because of service that I had that was so bad it ruined my night. A friend complained to a shift leader about how rude the server was acting, she was busy but treating us like we were a nuisance. Shift leader told the server about it and the server went up to my friend and bombarded her with questions like how was she being rude.. It was kinda shocking to see a server confronting a guest about a complaint. Thank goodness they changed servers because the one we ended up with was so nice that she got a pretty fat tip.
