Went real late, and I have to say this I'd the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings in the US

Poor service - waitress who do not care - no one in kitchen - corporate should be ashamed - the manager should be fired

Place was dirty , slowest services

OK, my wife and I have eaten from here several times now, hoping, just hoping that it would get better.  Unfortunately, that has yet to happen. This is your run-of-the-mill BWW, TV's, beer, wings, etc. Each time I get take-out, something is always wrong. Something gets left out, or moreover something gets included that I didn't want. Particularly the dousing of lettuce and tomatoes on the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich. This poor thing is about as bland as it can be. Someone seriously needs to go across the street to the local Chili's and learn how this sandwich should be. Seriously. If you just want a sports bar for the game with your crew, this is the place for you. Don't expect stellar service......meaning don't drink too quickly.

Dining in, the service is just OK.  More times than not, I've waited 10 minutes for another beer or refill of my drink.  The servers are typically clustered around a computer talking amongst themselves, doing their best to avoid eye-contact with the customers.  At least, this has been my experience when not sitting in the bar area.  The food is average, everything you'd expect from a chain.  No beef with that, as you know what you're getting into before you go.

Take-out: just don't.  They will ruin your order every time.  Asked for a plain buffalo chicken sandwich, get home and it's covered in lettuce, tomato, etc.  Buffalo chicken ranch wrap... no ranch.  Ranch is in the name!  Fries are guaranteed to be cold.  Once, we ordered food online, received e-mail confirmation, got to the restaurant to pick it up, and they have no record of our order.  None.  We just left.

If you're 16-18 years old and want to feel like you're hanging out in a "bar" then you may enjoy it.
