Burger King

I'd give this BK zero stars if I could. It's likely the worst BK on the I20 corridor between Atlanta and Augusta. I've stopped here several times, and it is ALWAYS slow, but yesterday's visit was the worst. 20 minute wait for 2 hamburgers, 2 cheeseburgers, one Onion ring, and 2 drinks.  It was not busy - maybe 6 total customers - and every one who ordered had a similar wait.

There were at least three workers on the food line, one person taking and filling orders inside and one person working the drive-through. The store manager would appear and disappear for long stretches.

The thing that infuriated me the most was none of these employees had any sense of urgency.  Collectively, they were the slowest moving group of employees I have ever seen. They didn't care how long it was taking. They didn't care how upset all the customers were. The manager should be ashamed, he never addressed the slowness on the few minutes he actually came out of his hiding place.  It was a BK full of lazy unmotivated sloths.

I wouldn't be so harsh, but like I said, it is always slow here. There is a lot of competition on the road - Arby's, Zaxby's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, etc. From now on, I'll stop at one of those fast food restaurants.
