Burr Trail Trading Post the

Every time we drive from California to Boulder Colorado (my parents home), we try to take a different route.  Years ago, we found ourselves on Highway 12 in Boulder Utah, eating breakfast at the Burr Trail Trading Post.  Since, then we make a point of taking the route as often as possible.  Beautiful setting, great food and atmosphere and a terrific way to break up a long drive.  If you're anywhere close, stop by.  And if you do, please pick me up a new ballcap, mine's about worn out-)
