The chef at the place is a genius! He takes marvelous local ingredients and his own creativity to make so many wonderful dishes....try the bubble bread appetizer, the cuban sandwich, any of the salads. They also feature blue plate specials and a daily quiche. We came to the little place soon after he had arrived and hoped this small town would welcome a place that went beyond familiar country fare with filling, delicious food made with love and skill. And, if you happen to have room for dessert...good! The peanut butter chocolate pie is somehow rich and whipped light at the same time. Oh, there's a layered choc cake and a coconut one too but these rotate. This place is a gem.
