Cafe Olga

This place has it mastered! First, the staff here is very friendly & engaging which was very well received by all. We were sent here by a couple of locals who told us they have the best pie on the island, which they do. The Café was busy but we were seated within about 10 minutes of arriving. They have a large Art Gallery which we wondered through while we waited and it was fantastic!
Our waiter was great, the portions were large and made with fresh ingredients! The pie was infamous! Made fresh that morning, we had a piece of Black berry and a piece of Key Lime pie! All I can say is WOW!!
Definitely stop here if your on Orcas Island!

The Scalibut sandwich was one of the best things I have ever had. Their homemade bread melted together with the amazing 'scalibut' cake to make an amazing sandwich. They'll even ship the cakes to you!

Cafe Olga was an unanticipated pleasant experience.  While exploring the eastern side of Orcas, we lost track of time & arrived at the restaurant where we'd expected to have lunch 10 minutes after they closed.  We randomly pulled into Cafe Olga, & had one of the best lunches we'd had during our trip to the San Juan Islands.  We had the heirloom tomato & mozzarella salad, which was fresh, delicious, & beautifully served.  The atmosphere is very laid-back.  The service was a little slow,  but very friendly & knowledgeable.  I'll definitely be back!
