The Campfire Family Steak  House is a decent place to grab a bite to eat in the modest off-the-highway area of Milan (there are a few other places in the downtown area), and the prices are also relatively modest; I think it beats going to Big Boy just across the street, or the nearby fast food joints, but it depends what kind of atmosphere you're seeking.
One bonus (or possible downside) to this place is that it shares the building with the bar known as Dino's Dugout. That means, of course, that you can get drinks... but even on a more significant note, you can get a shot at all the same food sitting back at the bar if you still want to have a drink or two and watch the Tiger's game or whatever. Not the most novel idea, though it gives you options in a town where there aren't many restaurants with options; you have to go North to Ann Arbor or Saline, or a  few miles South to Dundee to find anything as eclectic in the quiet, stable area of Milan.
In regards to the food, I have enjoyed the burgers (sometimes on special), and their pizza, which I give a 3.5/5. Patrons and regulars often get steaks and meat-related dishes and seem very content with them, so don't be afraid to get your carnivore on when you're in Milan!
OH, and one other thing is that its near the main hotel, the Sleep Inn, in Milan. So walking distance + drinks + hotel leads to a decent night! Just look both ways before crossing the street!
