Capers Country Dining & Spirits

I was there last weekend.  there is a new owner and the restaurant is open again...for now.

Owner is trying to do it on the cheap and you can tell.  my food had mashed potatoes and green bean that were microwaved way too hot.  

There is potential here but it is not being utilized.

Owner claims soups and desserts are home made.  We did not have either but the list of each looked good.
