From the perspective of a couple with a wheelchair user, I'm going to rate this 4 stars. The loss of star is because of parking....there are only 2 accessible spots near the venue. This isn't the venue's fault, it's city parking and there is an accessible parking lot 2 blocks down with a level path to the venue but it still affects us.
Purchasing accessible tickets over the phone was incredibly easy, the staff was polite. The building was very accessible, we were led right to the elevator to get to the theatre and then right to our seats which were FRONT ROW (which I just did not expect) and some folks went out of their way to make it a positive experience (like having the elevator ready...small, but a nice touch)
The event was to see Juston McKinney (comedian) and it was a great experience!
Pretty cool place, on the small side. Went here to see Cinematic Titanic with my girlfriend for our anniversary. Ticket prices were reasonable-ish, parking wasn't a problem (we had to walk a bit but no real big deal). There is a bar with your typical beers (was really hoping for at least a smutty or something, red hook appeared to be about as craft as it gets there). Beautiful building inside the actual theater, though one thing i can say is spring for the more expensive tickets. I really don't understand how they could let anyone other than children set up in the balconies, i honestly started laughing when i sat down because i just could not believe how cramped it was. I had a bit of a difficult time enjoying the show as i had to find a way to rearrange myself without literally sitting on top of the person next to me. Would definitely go back if a show i wanted to see was coming through, but only if i could afford good seats.
