I have been there twice now and both times have been great dining enjoyment. From the interesting, fresh and delicious food to the comfortable and classy ambiance (and let's not neglect the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff), this new addition to Jefferson City's downtown district is top class. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something not-so-ordinary.
Review Source:I hit up Capitol City CORK and Provisions yesterday, I must say this little spot has already proved to be a positive addition to the downtown culinary landscape of Missouri's Capital city. Great on pour wine selection? Check. Semi-swanky place to unwind and grab a glass of vino after work? Double check.
The prices are on par with most wine bars- and their menu of wines on pour change daily. Yesterday's wines on pour didn't include any red wines that appealed to our group's palate and we collectively coerced ourselves into ordering a  bottle of Chardonnay. Not my favorite of wine varietals, but it was drinkable and more than anything it was enjoyable to partake in the hustle and bustle of the buzz of a new Jeff City social spot.
They offer a healthy selection of wine nosh including; chocolates, cheese platters, homemade crackers and pastries baked by their "flour artist." Hit them up for lunch to sample their rotating menu of soups. And while we are on the subject of food- make sure you pick up a bag of their maple syrup and rosemary flavored pop corn- which can best be described as "Something my mom would like."
The clientele was peppered with business women, business women and several ladies in work out clothes, obviously having a glass of vino as a post-workout reward...Nothing quenches a girl's thirst like a prosecco.
Will I go back? Yes.....and you should come with me.
Cheers Capitol City CORK for offering an upscale answer to the high street drink scene.
