This is crown jewel of Concord, Virginia (and probably the only jewel). If you aren't in this area much, you would never know it was there, or so good. It is a typical country store with a little bit of everything.

Carson's is definitely the best sandwich shop around, serving Boar's Head meats on fresh bread and incredible dirt pie and banana pudding. They have a great selection of most meats and pile it up high.

Unfortunately there is no indoor seating, but great if you want to grab something to take home or for a picknick.

Next time you need for dog food, a snow shovel, lunch and a home made pie... stop by :)
