  There's no way this place meets food sanitation requirements. The salad bar is right next to a door with a bad hinge, meaning it swings open any time the knob is pulled. If you've been in this town, you know it's dusty, dirty, and windy, and having a wide open door to those elements next to the salad bar is just unsanitary. The soup pot (which is part of the salad bar), also just sits there, open, with no lid. I really don't know how this place meets code, or if it's ever inspected. It should really be reformed or shut down.
  
  This isn't just a minor occurrence, I've been here quite a few times, but hopefully won't be back.

  If you like food that is fresh and homemade this place is hard to beat in Andrews, Texas!  There club sandwich is excellent and the grilled bun just helps make the sandwich.
