Catalina Cantina

Ate at Catalina Cantina yesterday- Service was so-so.. But it's understandable because its a Saturday and they were busy. The waitress was nice and checked in with us frequently. I ordered the ceviche and chips, very good! To top it off, an original margarita. After two of those bad boys, i was buzzing.. Good thing! :)

We didn't eat any food, but the service was bad and for being right on the main drag of Avalon it was not a "hot spot."

Take a pass on this over priced restaurant without a clear culinary direction. Unless you are in desperate need for the view and it is the only seat on the "strip", move on to much better food and service. Of the many, many places on Catalina, this is the only stop with less than friendly, put off service.
